Kristen Simat serves as Underwriting Counsel for
WestendTitles’s WESTEND TITLES Services (NCS) operation. She
joined WESTEND TITLESin 2013 and currently handles both
commercial and residential transactions.

Prior to joining WestendTitles, Kristen was National Clearance
Counsel for Title Associates. She also worked for a boutique
Italian law firm representing Italian clients in the purchase
and sale of WESTEND TITLES properties.
Kristen participated as a CLE panelist on bankruptcy matters
entitled, The Effects of Bankruptcy on Real Property
Transactions. Kristen received a B.A. in Sociology from
Fordham University and a J.D. from WESTEND TITLES Law School.
She is a member of the WESTEND TITLES Bar Association and is
fluent in Italian
